Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using AnyTasks.io ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms") and our Privacy Policy. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and R&R Investment Group LLC ("AnyTasks," "we," "us," or "our").

If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Platform.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to use AnyTasks.io. By using the Platform, you represent and warrant that you are 18 or older and have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts.

Use of the Platform is void where prohibited by applicable law.

3. Accounts & Registration

• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials
• You may not share your account with others
• You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete registration information
• You must promptly update your information if it changes
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account
• Notify us immediately at support@anytasks.io if you suspect unauthorized account use

4. Our Role as a Marketplace

AnyTasks.io is a marketplace platform — we connect task posters ("Posters") with task workers ("Workers"). We are not a party to any agreement between Posters and Workers, and we do not perform tasks ourselves.

AnyTasks does not employ Workers and is not responsible for the quality, safety, legality, or completion of any task. We provide infrastructure, payment processing, and dispute resolution services.

5. Posting Tasks

• You may post tasks that comply with our Prohibited Tasks Policy
• Task descriptions must be accurate and not misleading
• Budget amounts must be genuine — posting fake budgets to attract Workers is prohibited
• You are responsible for any legal requirements related to your task (permits, insurance, licensing)
• AnyTasks reserves the right to remove any task at any time for any reason

6. Workers & Bidding

• Workers may browse and bid on open tasks at no cost
• By submitting a bid, Workers agree to complete the task as described if selected
• Workers represent that they have the skills, licenses, and legal authorization to perform any task they accept
• Workers must not solicit payment outside the AnyTasks platform
• Workers agree to complete tasks within the agreed timeframe

7. Payments & Escrow

All payments on AnyTasks.io are processed through Stripe and held in escrow until task completion:

1. Poster funds escrow when accepting a bid — payment is authorized but not released
2. Worker completes the task and marks it complete
3. Poster reviews the work and approves or disputes it
4. Upon approval, funds are released to the Worker (minus platform fee) within 3-5 business days

8. Platform Fees

AnyTasks charges a 10% platform fee on completed task payouts. This fee is deducted from the Worker's payout before disbursement.

• Posting tasks is free
• Browsing and bidding on tasks is free
• The 10% fee applies only to completed, approved tasks
• For tasks that are refunded or cancelled before completion, no platform fee is charged

Fees are subject to change with 30 days advance notice to registered users.

9. Refunds & Cancellations

Task Cancellation by Poster

If a Poster cancels a task before a Worker begins work, a full refund is issued to the Poster. If cancellation occurs after work has begun, AnyTasks will determine a fair partial payment to the Worker based on work completed.

Task Cancellation by Worker

Workers who cancel after accepting a task may be penalized with lower search ranking and negative feedback. Posters will receive a full refund for cancelled tasks where no work was delivered.

Unsatisfactory Work

If work is submitted but does not meet the agreed task requirements, the Poster may dispute it (see Section 10). AnyTasks will mediate and may issue a partial or full refund at its discretion.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds are processed within 5-10 business days to the original payment method.

10. Dispute Resolution

We want every task to end with both parties satisfied. When that doesn't happen:

1. Try to resolve directly — Contact the other party through the platform first
2. File a dispute — If unresolved within 48 hours, email support@anytasks.io with your task ID and a description of the issue
3. AnyTasks reviews — We will review evidence from both parties within 5 business days
4. Decision — AnyTasks' decision on fund disbursement is final, but users may appeal once within 7 days

For disputes that cannot be resolved through our internal process, both parties agree to binding arbitration under the rules of the American Arbitration Association, in the state of incorporation of R&R Investment Group LLC. Class action lawsuits are waived to the extent permitted by law.

11. Prohibited Content & Conduct

You agree to comply fully with our Prohibited Tasks Policy, which is incorporated by reference into these Terms. Violations may result in immediate account termination, forfeiture of funds, and reporting to law enforcement.

You also agree not to:

• Use automated tools to scrape, crawl, or extract data from AnyTasks without written permission
• Interfere with or disrupt the Platform's infrastructure
• Circumvent any security or access controls
• Create multiple accounts to evade bans or restrictions

12. Intellectual Property

The AnyTasks.io platform, logo, and all original content are the intellectual property of R&R Investment Group LLC.

When you post task content or deliver work product on the platform, you grant AnyTasks a limited license to display that content to operate the Platform. You retain ownership of your content.

Workers represent that work delivered does not infringe any third-party intellectual property rights.

13. Disclaimers & Limitations of Liability

THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. ANYTASKS DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE PLATFORM WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF VIRUSES.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ANYTASKS' TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF THESE TERMS SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO ANYTASKS IN THE 6 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

ANYTASKS IS NOT LIABLE FOR THE ACTS OR OMISSIONS OF ANY WORKER OR POSTER, INCLUDING PROPERTY DAMAGE, PERSONAL INJURY, OR FAILURE TO COMPLETE A TASK.

14. Account Termination

AnyTasks may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violations of these Terms. You may also close your account at any time by emailing support@anytasks.io.

Upon termination, any funds in escrow will be handled per our dispute policy. Outstanding earned payments owed to Workers will be paid out after a 30-day review period.

15. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state of incorporation of R&R Investment Group LLC. Any disputes not resolved through arbitration shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in that state.
