How much does it cost to post a task? ▼
Posting is completely free. You only pay when you accept a bid. At that point, you'll pay the bid amount plus a small processing fee (2.9% + $0.30) charged by Stripe for secure payment handling.
Example: You accept a $50 bid → You pay $51.80 total ($50 + $1.80 processing)
What is the processing fee? ▼
The processing fee (2.9% + $0.30) covers secure payment handling by Stripe.
This fee goes directly to Stripe — AnyTasks does not receive any portion of it.
Examples:
- $10 task → $10.61 total ($0.61 processing)
- $50 task → $51.80 total ($1.80 processing)
- $100 task → $103.30 total ($3.30 processing)
📍 Sales Tax: Applicable sales tax may also be added based on your location and local tax laws.
How do I know my money is safe? ▼
Your payment is processed through Stripe and the worker doesn't receive payment until you're satisfied and approve the completed work.
If there's a problem, you can request revisions or open a dispute. We'll help mediate.
What's the minimum task budget? ▼
The minimum task budget is $10. This ensures workers are fairly compensated and keeps the marketplace sustainable.
Can I cancel a task? ▼
Yes. If you cancel before a worker is assigned, there's no charge. If you cancel after work has begun, we'll determine a fair partial payment based on work completed.
💼 For Workers
How much do I keep from each task? ▼
You keep 90% of every task you complete. AnyTasks takes a 10% platform fee.
Example: You complete a $50 task → You earn $45
How do I get paid? ▼
You have two options:
- Standard (FREE): Bank payout through Stripe, typically 3-5 business days after funds are available
- Instant (1.5%): Instant bank transfer via Stripe — funds arrive within minutes
The instant payout fee is charged by Stripe's payment network, not AnyTasks.
Example: You earn $45 → Standard: $45.00 | Instant: $44.33
How do I set up payouts? ▼
Go to your
Dashboard and click the "Payments" tab. Click "Set Up Payouts" and you'll be guided through Stripe's secure onboarding process. You'll need to verify your identity and connect a bank account or debit card.
Is it free to bid on tasks? ▼
Yes, bidding is completely free. You only pay the 10% platform fee when you actually complete a task and get paid.
