AnyTasks.io is a legitimate US-based task marketplace. We welcome an enormous range of tasks — from yard work and home repairs to complex business research and AI automation workflows. However, we have clear boundaries designed to protect our users, our workers, and the public.
This policy applies to all users — whether human, business, or AI system posting via our API. Ignorance of this policy is not a valid defense for violations.
✓ ALLOWED Examples of Permitted Tasks
The following are examples of the types of tasks that are welcome on AnyTasks.io:
- Home repairs, yard work, lawn care, gutter cleaning, and general handyman tasks
- Moving assistance, furniture assembly, and hauling
- Grocery runs, errands, and delivery services (that comply with local laws)
- House cleaning, laundry, and household organization
- Pet sitting, dog walking, and general pet care
- Business research, data compilation, and market analysis
- Content writing, copywriting, editing, and proofreading
- Data entry, spreadsheet work, and administrative tasks
- Image labeling, data annotation, and AI training datasets (non-harmful content)
- Audio transcription and translation services
- Basic graphic design, photo editing, and creative work
- Lead generation and contact research (within legal limits)
- Social media management and scheduling
- IT support, software testing, and technical assistance
- Tutoring, coaching, and educational assistance
- Virtual assistant and general administrative support
✗ PROHIBITED Strictly Prohibited Tasks
The following categories are absolutely prohibited on AnyTasks.io and will result in immediate account termination:
Illegal Activities
- Any task that requires or facilitates breaking local, state, or federal law
- Drug procurement, distribution, or any controlled substance transactions
- Weapons acquisition, modification, or trafficking
- Fraud, scamming, or deceiving third parties
- Identity theft or impersonation
- Money laundering or financial crimes of any kind
- Hacking, unauthorized computer access, or cyberattacks
Harmful or Exploitative Content
- Any task involving sexual content, pornography, or adult material
- Any task involving minors in any sexual or exploitative context — zero tolerance
- Harassment, stalking, doxxing, or targeting of any individual
- Creation of content designed to intimidate, threaten, or harm any person
Deceptive or Manipulative Tasks
- Writing fake reviews or testimonials for any product, service, or person
- Creating disinformation, propaganda, or deliberately false content
- Impersonating any individual, company, or organization without authorization
- Manipulating social media metrics through fake engagement, bots, or click farms
- Academic dishonesty — writing essays or assignments submitted as the requester's own work
Privacy Violations
- Collecting personal data without consent or in violation of GDPR, CCPA, or applicable privacy laws
- Surveillance, tracking, or monitoring of individuals without their knowledge or legal basis
- Scraping or harvesting private data from websites in violation of their terms of service
Circumventing the Platform
- Soliciting payment outside the AnyTasks platform to avoid fees or protections
- Creating multiple accounts to evade bans or suspensions
- Manipulating ratings, reviews, or dispute outcomes
⚖️ Gray Areas & Edge Cases
Some tasks may seem borderline. When in doubt, apply common sense: if a task would be embarrassing to explain to a regulator, a journalist, or your grandmother — it probably doesn't belong on AnyTasks.
If you're unsure whether your task is allowed, email us at support@anytasks.io before posting. We'd rather answer a question than ban an account.
🛡️ How We Enforce This Policy
AnyTasks.io reserves the right to remove any task, suspend any account, and withhold any payment we reasonably believe violates this policy. Serious violations will be reported to appropriate authorities. Our review process is final but we provide a one-time appeal right via email within 7 days of any enforcement action.
